Knitting for Olive Pure Silk is made of 100% bourette silk. Bourette silk is made of silk waste created during silk processing. Pure Silk has a rustic and uneven look and is less shiny than other types of silk. This is the perfect yarn for summer tops and summer dresses, but it will also make a luxurious sweater combined with their Soft Silk Mohair or Merino bases.
Enjoy! 50 grams, 275 yard donuts of lace weight yarn. 100% bourette silk. US 0-2.5 (203mm). Gauge 28-38 sts = 4 inches. Hand wash cold, dry flat.
