Charleston Tea by Thea Colman is a delicate hooded cardigan, meant to be a little dressier than the usual fleece or sweatshirt you may reach for on a chilly summer evening. Charleston Tea features a lace and cable panel at back that’s then used for detail along the front and hood. The motif is both charted and explained with written instructions. The sweater is worked from the top down and shaped along raglan seams. Hood stitches are picked up along the finished body. The hood is shaped and grafted together before the button band stitches are picked up and worked last. Notes are included in the pattern on how to modify for fit in body or sleeves. Charleston Tea is written in 9 sizes and the pattern is included in the kit. Kit ranges from $145.00 to $203.00 depending on size ordered.
